Hi Brian, Yes, the next release will be 4.8.x, but there's now way for the build system to guess if the next one will be a bug fix release or a feature release. By policy the build system takes the latest tag and based on it creates the experimental RPMs (just by bumping the patch number and adding the respective suffix).
