Jeremy I think there were quite many changes after we started pass7,
Are we sure the current master is ok, It will be dangerous to start the 
pass without testing it.
In my mind the safest option is to use the same jar what we had in 
pass7, and mask files that had problems during the processing.

When everyone comes back from the vacation on Jan, we can start 
processing masked files (they are less than 100).
