Hi Vadim,
We ran the queries in ClickHouse as well, and will come with a report
soon that we will share.
As stated in the blog post the simulated data are generated by the LSST
DM group and comes from the French LSST group at CNRS/LIMOS. They don't
have any objections providing you with the data. But I'll have to refer
you to them tp request the same s15 1.3 TB dataset. The one we used is
named RegionOne.
I'll forward you to Fabrice Jammes (LPC, Clermont-Ferrand, France) and
Fritz Mueller (SLAC) who are in charge of the data.
Recently we had been discussing the essence of having a representative
set of LSST benchmark queries and the benefit LSST (as well as serious
database systems) could make if they run these kind of queries.
Could you keep me in the loop?
Cheers
Bart
