Dear XrootD’lers, i’m trying to use the xrdcp command using the infiles argument… but i’m completely lost… suppose I have a list of files from a server, and it’s absolute path (excl. the server / root-shebang) is stored in “files_to_copy”, can I trigger some sort of intelligent copy? If so, how does that work… I can’t find much documentation on the use of xrdcp —infiles… can you provide *any example?*? my alternative is to loop over the files_to_copy and run xrdcp on each file… but that seems silly and it’s pretty slow... Specifically, I have stuff like this /path/dir1/file1 /path/dir2/file2 /path/dir3/file3 etc. and that’s supposed to go to $(pwd)/file1 $(pwd)/file2 $(pwd)/file3 what’s the most efficient way to do this?
