they won't differ from what is in XProtocol.hh, so for now use those
definitions (the names mentioned in the spec are the same in the hh file).

Ok, but unless one can guarantee this won't be considered as derived work,
I can't do that (that would defeat the purpose of the clean room
implementation one can achieve with 'just looking at the specs' and not the
LGPL source code :))
