Checking the RFC: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4918#appendix-F.1 I find in the changelog that clients must specify the `Depth` header when issuing `PROPFIND`. Checking further in https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2518#section-8.1 , servers should assume `infinitiy` if `Depth` is not provided.
