Checking the API documentation, it should be sufficient to:
- krb5_cccol_cursor_new()
- Iterate with krb5_cccol_cursor_next() over all credential caches
- krb5_cccol_cursor_free()

However, a quick look at the xrootd codebase reveals the code is rather involved and there is no straightforward place to just "add a loop".
