Fix reverse DNS lookup.
The `XrdNetAddr::Set` method requires a port number; `XrdNetAddrInfo::isHostName`
is the more fitting for this use case.
Tested against FNAL EOS, which redirects to a raw IP address when `xrdfs` is used.
