secgsi: honour trustDNS settings
The patch introduced in June 2018 to control whether to use DNS or not
in resolving host names was not takign into account settings via switches
and or the environment variable XrdSecGSITRUSTDNS .
**NOTE:** This service has been marked for deprecation: https://developer.github.com/changes/2018-04-25-github-services-deprecation/
Functionality will be removed from GitHub.com on January 31st, 2019.
