In caching proxy: https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/commit/bbdc98e6e62cd698f5dd73a893dfae8420308e50 This adds support for multiple CacheIO objects using the same Pfc::File object ... as this is how the bug manifested at the cache side (and we were expecting a single IO for each File).
