From Albert Rossi: After cranking up debugging on the FNAL stkendca06a xrootd endpoint, I think I see why the use of SLAC as source (dCache destination) is failing. We are experiencing a Null Pointer Exception (here's the tip of the stack trace): Uncaught exception in thread xrootd-tpc-client-0 java.lang.NullPointerException: null at org.dcache.xrootd.plugins.authn.gsi.GSIClientAuthenticationHandler$InboundResponseBu ckets.finalizeDHSessionKey(GSIClientAuthenticationHandler.java:155) ... and this appears to be on the channel: sendEndSessionRequest to griddev04.slac.stanford.edu:2094, channel 57eeff68, stream 13, session 472000008CE900005900000049200000. This suggests that the bucket structure of the kXR_certreq step has been changed. The bucket that seems to be coming up null is the kXR_puk ... i.e., the public key parameters for the DH handshake. I take it this is part of the protocol change? -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
