@adriansev - yup, that's already available in 4.9.0-rc2.  The statement is actually called `continue`, not `include`, but it is possible to refer to a (possibly unset) environment variable.

That would run into the same problem, however - we would need to agree on a variable name so the different distros don't all introduce something separate.
