In addition I've ported following commits into the stable branch: 9a0e9e6 Pass along opaque info for TPC. bb3fa85 Create macaroon with proper caveats and path. 1cf1b76 [Server] Further simplify tracing, especially for var persistece. 9d5aaf9 [Server] Fix eval order in tracing code broken by previous patch. 1b503a9 Fix strlcpy for Group null-string in XrdOfsTPC. 0cc4b4a Fix a comment explaining a config parameter 8d3c259 Improve handling of failures during opening of local data and cinfo files.
