Timestamp (ls -l) is at the beginning of the file and also in the filename. The link I gave earlier starts with the creation of the MessageHandler whose pResponse gets deleted twice and runs all the way down to the crash (~2 minutes, 15 MB of log). These logs are really really huge. Do you really need it from the xrootd start up onwards? Then one might need to combine several logs.

Do you remember how to login to xcache-00.t2.ucsd.edu? I can copy all the relevant logs to the /cores NFS directory and unzip them there.
