It seems that `pip3 install xrootd ` will install only python 2 version. (but the xrootd packaged for epel and fedora have python 3 bindings). It would be immensely useful if the `pip3 install ` would install the bindings for python 3 (IMHO python 2 support can be dropped as it is deprecated, python 3.6 is found for all distros, all developing efforts of the ecosystem goes toward 3.X) Thank you!! -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
