Hi Matevz,
Please give me the timestamps of each core file. Is the txt file the complete log for the core file in question? I guess what I do is for each core file I extract the log from start-up to crash. That makes it easier to analyze. So if there is a log file that spans across all the crashes let me know. I have a big machine where I can download it.

There are two more cores in the stash, let me know if you want me to look at another one ... but it seems to me there is no apparent smoking gun here (and the files are huge, 5+GB over one day).
I think reproducing the error condition with valgrind on would be best, will try doing this now.
