I've ported following commits to the stable branch:
fef72ac [XrdCl] Fix double delete of response.
553850f [XrdCl] Make sure released SID is valid object.
4d04b52 Implement RFC 3230 digests for GET requests.
c7e0d71 Fixup fallthrough statements.
7891b00 Set the macaroons.onmissing default.
ae572f3 Interact with json-c appropriately for request.
1ec8072 Ensure we delete macaroon object after use.
If there are no more outstanding issue I suppose we can go for RC2. Let me know if there are any objections?
