I have things set up to pretty easily make plots for separate triggers. Previously, we’d make sets of plots for all individual triggers (as well as “all”). I’ll take a look at the updated trigger decoding and try it out today.

Hello Norman,

In hps-java, TS bank is read from evio data, and is saved in a collection called “TSBank” of slcio data.
Additionally, a class called “TSData2019" has been developed for “TSbank" decoding.
So yes, it is convenient to determine if a trigger was registered.

Best regards,
Tongtong

Hello Valery,

Which histograms are you referring to?

Hello Tongtong,

Is the code that unpacks and decodes the trigger banks released yet in hps-java?
If so, we should be able to put something together fairly quickly.

Norman

Can we make this set of histograms for different triggers? It will help us better understand muon trigger, neutral triggers and positron trigger. Who can do it?

Not sure if we have drivers for all different triggers.
Matt is expert on DQM analysis drivers.

Hi Tongtong,

What is this Make_Root.cc<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__make-5Froot.cc_&d=DwMCAg&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=JaSEOiNc_6InrJmbYDvKU2tZqhhONpIkbyl_AUnkDSY&m=uxmEgAmQdvQsAu7w4O06OmHkpYCjOJlM5G-ww1UXVek&s=aassU1954-VnTBaBLnVmcs-2heBcEJjK4f03BVEIUTg&e=> stuff? From the resulting data files it looks like some new personal data format got snuck in somehow, yet there's no standard HPS DSTs?

Dear all,

More production runs with trigger hps_v9.cnf have been taken since yesterday.
Jobs for runs 10084, 10085, 10089, 10090, 10091, and 10092 have been submitted for cooking.

As mentioned yesterday, DQM has been added into cooking processing.
Cooking outputs are saved in /volatile/hallb/hps/data/run2019/ConcurrentCook
Each run includes three folders to save outputs:
1) .slcio files from reconstruction is saved in /volatile/hallb/hps/data/run2019/ConcurrentCook/${run}/recon
2) .root files from DQM is saved in /volatile/hallb/hps/data/run2019/ConcurrentCook/${run}/dqm
3) .root files from Make_Root.cc<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__make-5Froot.cc&d=DwMFAg&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=JaSEOiNc_6InrJmbYDvKU2tZqhhONpIkbyl_AUnkDSY&m=2Vpm-RzJ7WVQEjSFIhY81WH_S2Mu_MZC9TXreFfy5V0&s=rbC-g9h8KwHjlUO86xXHNbBoD61taQofyQ0IOsYH9yY&e=> are saved in /volatile/hallb/hps/data/run2019/ConcurrentCook/${run}/rootTree
Additionally, log files are saved in /volatile/hallb/hps/data/run2019/ConcurrentCook/logs

Best regards,
Tongtong
