@costing : could you try running without --path option? it turns out that by error the path and delegate masks have the same value:

Starting from 4.10.0 we are adding additional cgi when delegation is used and this probably is causing the [3005] Internal error processing file.

I will push a bugfix but in the meanwhile you can safely run without --path option, due to a longstanding bug the server will create the path anyway:
