Indeed, and what I’m saying is that perhaps one should start rethinking that configuration. I don’t think the cvmfs worker caches are impacted.

But Andy, the disadvantage is that we only have xcache servers at a limited number of sites. We have squids at all sites, and cvmfs caches on every worker node.
