Hi Fabrizio,

Correct. We fell behind on documenting this. Well, the document is written 
but it hasn't hit the web page. The option is specific to containers using 
K8s and simply tells xroot that it can't depend on entries being in DNS 
when it looks for them there. I don't think anyone noticed this issue but 
for IN2P3-Clermont which is doing bleeding edge esoteric configurations.
