[XCache] Minor fixes
- IO Detach - when IO actie start with smaller timeout and gow it up to 120s.
- Fix bug in xrdpfc_print, add percentage of downloaded blocks.
- Fix libFileCache to libXrdPfc in one of example xcache configs.
