I think the default security extractor doesn't support proxies. For OSG, we use the `xrootd-lcmaps` package to handle the various GSI extensions. I believe @ffurano maintains `xrdhttpvoms` (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=964948) if you want something simpler that has GSI support.
