Hallo Marian, i don't think the Polish site admins can help. We would need to ask the Polish CA to change their root CA. I read up a little about X.509 SAN: I don't see the extension being mentioned as mandatory anywhere. The email address and URL in there we probably don't use. (I would be more concerned about the missing CRL entry.)
