@geonmo, you are probably right that xrootdfs_create() should check the return code of res = xrootdfs_do_create(), and return res if res < 0 (and errno = -res). Two questions: 1. do you know why xrootdfs_do_create() (essentially XrdFfsPosix_open()) fail? 2. Can I give you a patch to see if that helps?
