the XRootD 4.11.3 bugfix release has been tagged. Please follow the link below for more details.

Please note: on RHEL7 and greater we switched from the custom semaphore
implementation to standard Posix semaphores (for more details please consult
following bug report: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_activity.cgi?id=1027348).
