The XRootD 4.11.3 release candidate 2 has been tagged:
https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/releases/tag/v4.11.3-rc2

The source RPM is available at:
http://xrootd.cern.ch/sw/releases/4.11.3-rc2/rpms/source

The RPMs are available in the XRootD testing repositories:

http://xrootd.org/binaries/xrootd-testing-slc6.repo
http://xrootd.org/binaries/xrootd-testing-slc7.repo
http://xrootd.org/binaries/xrootd-testing-slc8.repo

Please note: on RHEL7 and greater we switched from the custom semaphore
implementation to standard Posix semaphores (for more details please consult
following bug report: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_activity.cgi?id=1027348).
