Hello Adrian,

I don't think this is a misconfiguraiton problem but in fact an IPv4
problem when connecting from outside the CERN network.
It also affects EOS repositories, which I've reported to the EOS team,
hoping they will delegate to the appropriate Service Element.

Connecting via IPv6, the repository works (or at least in my case).

Best Regards,
Mihai
