That's just naturally falls out where gsi.authzfun <whatever> gets converted to "-authzfun:<whatever>". As for long lines, there is no need and, in fact, not allowed. Each "-:" specification would be entered on a separate line prefixed by "gsi." using the scheme <optionname> <space><optionvalues>.
