@vokac suggested this might be a consequence of session reuse, and @bbockelm pointed out that XrdLCMAPS explicitly disables the session cache:

Pinging @ffurano since that implies a bug in libXrdHttpVOMS.so could be the cause (does it have a separate bugtracker / repo, or is it fine to report these here?).
