Yes (and I suspect that its Globus's handling of CRL verification that is saving XrdLCMAPS from #750) - but that's a bit orthogonal given that libXrdHttpVOMS.so has a dependency on GSI as well via VOMS.

If it helps conserve effort, we can probably factor out completely the LCMAPS piece and also build a LCMAPS-free variant of the software to avoid the LCMAPS dependency chain.
