Hi Ionut, For EOS related questions it's better that you use this forum: `https://eos-community.web.cern.ch/` It looks like there is a stall rule in your instance that is preventing you from accessing the files. Try checking with `eos access ls` and see if you get anything useful. It could also be that the namespace is not yet fully booted - hard to say only from the client logs.
