For EOS related questions it's better that you use this forum:
https://eos-community.web.cern.ch/

It looks like there is a stall rule in your instance that is preventing you from accessing the files. Try checking with eos access ls and see if you get anything useful. It could also be that the namespace is not yet fully booted - hard to say only from the client logs.
