Hi Derek,

Please look at the xrootd.tls directive. You will notice that "all"
includes login. You can say "session" that excludes login. You can also
try without GSI but that's a completely different test. Please note that
the RC2 has some issues regarding TLS that we are solving for RC3 which
will come out within a week or so. Alternatively, so a source build from
git head whcih already has these fixes.
