Why EPEL 4.12.x version doesn't come with new xrootd-voms package that
was added to the official XRootD 4.12.x release? I hoped we could drop
dependency on vomsxrd from WLCG repository when libXrdSecgsiVOMS can
come directly from XRootD release.
