Could send (perhaps not post) the server's log file from the start of initialization to he end. Clearly, the server is not finding the hostname. Sometimes in containers this is due to the host name being registered after the server starts up. Though I would think that the container should have started up with the complete /etc/hosts file where it is registered. If so, then it would point to the config for host name lookup not being correct. The log may tell us why the server decided to use the IP address.
