Hello,

Is there a standard way to deal with unsupported file names?

```
$ xrdcp /tmp/c%c.txt root://eosinstance//eos/instance/
[0B/0B][100%][==================================================][0B/s]
Run: [ERROR] Server responded with an error: [3022] Unable to accept path name - illegal characters - use only A-Z a-z 0-9 /
SPACE .-_~#:^ root://eosinstance//eos/instance/c%c.txt; Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character  (destination)
```
