    the XRootD 4.12.5 release candidate 2 has been tagged:

    the source RPM is available at:
   http://xrootd.cern.ch/sw/releases/4.12.5-rc2/rpms/source

    the RPMs are available in the XRootD testing repositories:

    You can find more detail on the release at:
    Please don't hesitate to contact us if you feel additional
    commits need to be back-ported to 4.12.5.
