@adriansev - I just tested this on a standalone system, logging what the `Acc` component I had enabled received -- indeed, it did get the `authz` parameter (appropriately parsed) passed to it in the CGI. So, the question is what's different between our respective setups? Do you know where the code lives for the `XrdAliceTokenAcc`? It still isn't clear to me if the problem is the data given to it is in an unexpected format (e.g., quoting issues) or if it is receiving nothing at all.
