Yes, this seems to have been a side-effect in the way we handle the oss plugin vs the checksum plugin. Could you post the complete directive being used for the following:
ofs.osslib
ofs.ckslib

You might not have the ckslib directive. Once we have that information we can devise a backward compatibility patch. There is also an special option you could specify that would revert it to old behavior, though I'd like to avoid that. However, you could use it in the mean time until we fix this for 5.1.0. Let me know if you want to go down that path.
