Hi Brian, This package seems to be part of Argus deployment from nikhef. I just find an older version of lcmaps-plugins-c-pep at nikhef repo, and seems that server is stable at least since a couple of hours, the version at nikhef repo is lcmaps-plugins-c-pep-1.2.6-1.el7.x86_64.rpm instead of latest available at UMD repo lcmaps-plugins-c-pep-1.3.1-1.el7.x86_64.
