The submodule hashes in the v5.1.0-rc1 tag do not match the tags in the submodule repositories:

On the stable-5.1.x branch

$ git submodule status
2ad8421fc0737c87548a36881d45c94e75da734a src/XrdCeph (v5.0.2)
f05efcbe1f1a7190ea5464898458fda63686146b src/XrdClHttp (v4.12.4-rc2)
22e21828844544d72d9228cea8533a9cc62882f7 src/XrdSciTokens/XrdSciTokens (v1.2.2-9-g22e2182)

These to not match the commits tagged v5.1.0-rc1 in the repos of the submodules.

On the master branch:

$ git submodule status
2ad8421fc0737c87548a36881d45c94e75da734a src/XrdCeph (v5.0.2)
f05efcbe1f1a7190ea5464898458fda63686146b src/XrdClHttp (v4.12.4-rc2)
7eb7ce1d8068caaea4ee17adfbd6908103483580 src/XrdSciTokens/XrdSciTokens (v5.1.0-rc1-3-g7eb7ce1)

Here the scitokens submodule points to the master of the xrootd-scitokens module, but the other two have the same ancient hashes as the stable-5.1.x-branch

For reference, on the stable-5.0.x branch:

$ git submodule status
2ad8421fc0737c87548a36881d45c94e75da734a src/XrdCeph (v5.0.2)
e6e0f050556f7a8c8541da7d8426eddf3e49c9fa src/XrdClHttp (v5.0.2-rc1)

These should both point to the v5.0.3 version. The XrdClHttp does that (v5.0.2-rc1 and v5.0.3 are the same), but XrdCeph does not (v5.0.2 and v5.0.3 are not the same).
