Well, that's only part of the problem. We also get the following message for the SciTokens plugin:

Plugin: version XrdAccTest v5.0.1 is using version XrdAcc v5.1.0 which is incompatible!

Now, we also have to find out why 5.0.1 is deemed incompatible with 5.1.0. This is the version check in the plugin stacking to make sure all the plugins in the stack are compatible with each other. Anyway, this was encountered because of a site trying to deal with the way SciTokens is packaged.
