If the stack trace really corresponds to the source then XrdAccSciTokens.cc:311
SEGV: return OnMissing(Entity, path, oper, env);
which indicates the call to OnMissing() is failing which, of course, makes no sense. So, it would appear that your source is not the same as what is in git head.
