I think we need to see the config file for xrootd and any other config file specific to EOS to explain what the issue may be. The format of the fields is correct. In the presence of more than one VO or role, the VOMS extractor uses matrix notation. This notation makes it foolproof to conduct correct authorization as it allows authorization on vertical slices of the matrix.
