EOS is just using the first tuple from said matrix as I understand that.
I've sent you an invite to the private repo of our config/deployment of EOS, with all the config files, see https://github.com/CLIP-HPC/clip-grid-eos/blob/master/templates/xrd.cf.mgm.j2
