I found 5.1.0 RPMs in the yum repos at:
https://xrootd.slac.stanford.edu/binaries/stable/slc/7/x86_64/
picked up by new installs, but no release announcement via the xrootd list nor a notice in this thread nor a notice by GitHub release notifications. Since usually at least the first two happen for every release exactly when it is tagged, I wanted to ask here if the release is the final / stable one and if there is a new / different way to subscribe to release notifications?
