OK, what the last log shows me is that this is an error that happens server-side when doing async I/O and is related to it running out of AIO objects in certain cases. This has been fixed just a couple of days ago and the fix will appear in 5.1.1. That problem has been in the code since day one and only rears it's ugly head when either the server is overloaded or when the client is relatively slow. Anyway, I assume the "wrong path" problem has been fixed and this is simply a new problem, yes?
