One more thing which I forgot. Creating the file in /tmp is sort of bad. The proposed init method should get an extra parameter of the directory where the cafile should be created. In the framework we have a defined place for such files and they are normally not in /tmp and outside the scope of OS cleanup. So, I think the notion of cleanup is moot once XrdTlsTempCA adopts that mechanism.
