No, I actually found an issue with the cleanup code in the lcmaps_c_pep plugin and probably can fix this quite easily.
I managed to reproduce the SEGV and after fixing could run the plugin twice without problems.
The point is that the plugin runs twice in the same process and doesn't properly reset all its static variables.
I'll try to make a release in the next few days.
